If I import my subscribers from another autoresponder, do they have to confirm their subscription?

All emails added to Ecourse Wizard will have to confirm subscription. You can customize the invitations sent from the system to let your susbcribers know why they should confirm subscription.


Can I export my subscriber list?

Yes, please go to the “export list” page inside the subscribers section in your control panel. You can download your subscriber list in CSV format.


Can I upload a CSV file when importing subscribers?

You cannot directly upload a file, but you can copy paste your text only data in the given import subscribers window.


How do I check which lessons have been sent to my subscribers?

To check the number of lessons your subscribers have received, please log in to your control panel and go to “Active” page in the subscribers section.


How do my archived subscribers get new messages I add to the autoresponder sequence?

Once members are archived, they don’t get any messages added to the sequence. You can send the message manually through the “ezine” option and then add it to the sequence so that active subscribers receive it.


What is the difference between active and archived subscribers?

Archived subscribers are those who have received the entire autoresponder message sequence, while active subscribers are the ones who are still receiving these messages.


If my subscribers reply to my emails, who will receive them?

The “From” address for all emails is set to the email you provided when you signed up. If someone replies, you will receive their email at this address. You can change the “From” address by going to the “Main Settings” page in the “Settings” section.


I imported a lot of subscribers to my account but I don’t see them in my subscriber list?

Ecourse Wizard uses the confirmed opt-in system to subscribe people to any list. This means that when you import subscribers they will be sent an email requesting them to confirm subscription. They will only show up in your subscribers list when they click on the confirmation link. Subscribers who don’t confirm will be shown in the “pending” section.


Why do I get an error when I click on the subscription confirmation link?

The subscription confirmation link may wrap to 2 lines and clicking on it directly does not load the full link. Pleas copy/paste the link in your browser to confirm subscription.
