I have an existing HTML template. Can I use it with your system?

Yes, all you need to do is copy paste the HTML code in the relevant message window. You can even edit your template by using our HTML editor.


Can I create HTML messages through Ecourse Wizard?

Can I test my messages before sending them out?

Yes, both autoresponder and ezine messages can be tested by using the “Test Message” option in the respective sections.


Can I save my ezine in the middle and work on it later?

Yes, your ezine can be saved by pressing the “Save Ezine” button and you can work on it later.


Do I have to put in both Text and HTML messages?

No, you can just put text only messages in the message windows.


Can I send attachments?

Attachments cannot be sent as email attachments are a major source of viruses and hence people are usually wary of receiving attachments through email.


What times do the scheduled mails go out?

The system sends out scheduled mails every hour.


If I am sending an ezine message to a long list of subscribers, do I have to wait while they are being sent?

If you are using the “Send Now” option to send your ezine, you will have to wait while the list is being processed. If you choose the “Send Later” option then the list will be processed later when scheduled mails go out and you don’t have to wait.


How do my archived subscribers get new messages I add to the autoresponder sequence?

Once members are archived, they don’t get any messages added to the sequence. You can send the message manually through the “ezine” option and then add it to the sequence so that active subscribers receive it.


Why do people get a blank email when they subscribe?

When people subscribe to your list they are immediately sent the first message from the autoresponder message sequence. You can set this up as a welcome message for your ezine.
