Ecourse Wizard uses the confirmed opt-in system to subscribe people to any list. This means that when you import subscribers they will be sent an email requesting them to confirm subscription. They will only show up in your subscribers list when they click on the confirmation link. Subscribers who don’t confirm will be shown in the “pending” section.

The subscription confirmation link may wrap to 2 lines and clicking on it directly does not load the full link. Pleas copy/paste the link in your browser to confirm subscription.

When people subscribe to your list they are immediately sent the first message from the autoresponder message sequence. You can set this up as a welcome message for your ezine.

The interval is already set for the current subscribers for the next msg so that will not change. However, the changes will be in effect for the rest of the messages.

Yes, if your account contains multiple campaigns you can copy messages from one to the other:

• Login in to your account and go to the new campaign you have created.
• Click on “Message Sequence” page within the Autoresponder section.
• Select the campaign you want messages copied from in the copy messages section from the drop down list
• Click view and the page will reload with the copied messages.
• Click on the “copy messages” button at the bottom of the page to save these messages.

Please scroll down to the bottom of the message sequence page and click save.

While setting intervals between messages please keep in mind that intervals are between previous and next messages and not from message 1.

Yes, you can create tracking links by visiting the “Track Links” section in your control panel. Then you can insert these links in your messages to view the number of times a certain link is clicked. These links can be placed in any message, even the ones which are not being sent through Ecourse Wizard.

View the various personalization codes that the system uses.

You can insert them into the messages you are sending through the system and they will be replaced by the information submitted by your subscribers.

For example:
The name of your subscriber is John Smith.
You start your mesage with “Dear ~~NAME~~ ”
Your subscriber will see “Dear John Smith” in the email.
