No, you can just put text only messages in the message windows.

Attachments cannot be sent as email attachments are a major source of viruses and hence people are usually wary of receiving attachments through email.

If you are using the “Send Now” option to send your ezine, you will have to wait while the list is being processed. If you choose the “Send Later” option then the list will be processed later when scheduled mails go out and you don’t have to wait.

Yes, please go to the “export list” page inside the subscribers section in your control panel. You can download your subscriber list in CSV format.

You cannot directly upload a file, but you can copy paste your text only data in the given import subscribers window.
To check the number of lessons your subscribers have received, please log in to your control panel and go to “Active” page in the subscribers section.

Once members are archived, they don’t get any messages added to the sequence. You can send the message manually through the “ezine” option and then add it to the sequence so that active subscribers receive it.

Archived subscribers are those who have received the entire autoresponder message sequence, while active subscribers are the ones who are still receiving these messages.

The “From” address for all emails is set to the email you provided when you signed up. If someone replies, you will receive their email at this address. You can change the “From” address by going to the “Main Settings” page in the “Settings” section.
