Why should I create a mailing list?

It is important to create mailing lists for effective marketing. On the web creating mailing lists is even more important as your customers and prospects need to be reminded of your presence again and again. (Please make sure that you obtain permission from people to use their email addresses before including them in your mailing list.)

One important use of a mailing list is to send ezines to your subscribers. An ezine is an email newsletter. Another is to send email courses or follow up autoresponder messages to your prospects and customers.


How do I get the 30 day money back refund?

Please submit a request at the help desk (within 30 days of placing your order) with your User ID and order number. Please note: We do not check canceled accounts against the date purchased. So be sure to ask specifically for your refund and it will be made within 48 hours.

How is my previous payment adjusted if I upgrade?

Your remaining balance from previous payment will be calculated depending on the time of the billing cycle you upgraded. Any remaining balance from your previous payment will be refunded and your account will be upgraded. To illustrate:

When will I need to upgrade to another package?

Typically, it is important to upgrade when your account has reached the maximum subscriber level. If you don’t upgrade at that time, no new subscribers will be able to join your list.


How can I upgrade to another package?

  • Login to your control panel
  • Click on the upgrade tab.
  • Click on the “make Payment” link to pay for the upgrade via credit card on a secure server.
  • Email us your user id and order number.
  • Any remaining balance from your previous payment will be refunded and your account will be upgraded

Do I have to pay manually for the monthly subscription?

All autoresponder accounts are set up with automatic recurring billing. If your credit card details are valid you will be billed automatically and an email receipt will be sent to you.


Can I test my messages before sending them out?

Yes, both autoresponder and ezine messages can be tested by using the “Test Message” option in the respective sections.


Can I save my ezine in the middle and work on it later?

Yes, your ezine can be saved by pressing the “Save Ezine” button and you can work on it later.
