I signed up but my account is frozen. Why is that?

Accounts remain frozen if your payment is not processed. You will get a payment processed notification on email.

If you have not gotten this notification, please submit a request at the help desk with your account ID.

If you have gotten the notification and your account is still frozen pls submit your order id (given in the receipt)
